I would like to examine the whole-brain task-based functional connectivity and include two parametric modulators (A and B). Here is a previous forum about this question https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th... This forum is detailed, and I kind of know that I need to extract the mod from SPM and create text files. Hence, I was wondering whether I could automatically import mod results to the "Setup.CovariatesFirstLevel"?

In addition, if my understanding is correct, I need to choose "other temporal modulation" effects at the first-level analysis. Hence, after running the first-level analysis, are first-level results the whole-brain functional connectivity modulated by the parametric modulators (A and B)? I may need to export the first-level results, so I want to double-check here.
