Dear Community,

I am running a 3x2 mixed ANOVA as described in the manual:

Any difference between groups ([1 -1 0; 0 1 -1]) and Pre,Post [-1 1].

Out of interest I ran the same analysis with the Post session only, and of course I get different results. Next, I tried entering the Pre session as covariate [0 1] and the results are an exact match of the results with only the Post session. I was somewhat surprised because I thought with this contrast the Pre session goes as covariate into the model and should have an effect. Probably I am getting something wrong. Can somebody help me out?
