I am using the latest version (21a) of CONN toolbox.

I exported the results of a ROI-to-ROI gPPI analysis in the form of a 4D nii image and json file describing the labels of the ROIs and the ID of the matrices in the 4D nii image.

Considering one of the 2D matrix describing the ROI-to-ROI beta gPPI in the nii file, I was wondering how do we know what are the sources ROIs and what are the target ROIs (gPPI betas are direction dependent). Are the source ROIs the ROIs in X dimension of the nii image and the target ROIs the ROIs in the Y dimension of the nii image ? Where can I find/confirm that information ?

Is there a way to display/show in this table the labels corresponding to the numbers identifying the ROIs ? Are the numbers showed in the format of "connection source ROI - target ROI" ?
