I am currently searching how to correlate gPPI values (either from a condition, or from a contrast of conditions) with a behavioral score. I am interested in the connectivity between specific ROIs, which I found significant in a contrast of interest (B > A).

I am wondering how you solved this issue?

1) how one can correlate gPPI values from a condition (or contrast) to the behavior inside or outside CONN?

2) where I can locate in the CONN generated results folders the right values to export them and do correlation with other behavioral variables?
