Hi David,
Right, exactly, the QA_MaxMotion variable represents the maximum motion (in mm units) between two consecutive scans/acquisitions for each subject (i.e. the maximum framewise displacement across all timepoints). This represents the framewise displacement observed before any outlier identification/removal (in contrast, the QA_MeanMotion variable contains the average framewise displacement after disregarding any identified outlier scans/acquisitions)
