That's strange. Could you try creating a new 'default' analysis simply selecting the option 'default (seed-based and ROI-to-ROI connectivity)' in that menu and seeing if that works fine?

I uses conn21a to import fmriprep data to a CONN project. It worked perfectly (except that the TR was not found).
Everything was OK in the firsts steps but arrived to the first-level analysis, I couldn't manage options, start default analysis. The display desappeared as soon it appeared. I can only add a new analysis : a window is displaying to choose the type of analysis (voxel-to-voxel, see, ROI ...) and that's all.
