The CONN toolbox uses any other existing library/package to code the ring/matrix display functionalities in the results explorer ? Or is it a custom implementation by the CONN team ?


I would like to make some figures/plots (using the same design of the ring/matrix display) using external data (non-CONN) and I was trying to figure out which would be the best approach.
