Hi Suneel,
A general ".sh error" message without further information may be due to your job timing out (exceeding the allocated time in the cluster, which will have the cluster manager automatically terminating your job). If that is the case, I would probably suggest simply requesting a longer wall-time in the cluster configuration options for your jobs (e.g. if your job scheduler is Slurm you may use the string "-t 24:00:00" in the in-line options to specify 24 hours for each of your jobs; see https://web.conn-toolbox.org/resources/c... for details)
