Hi Erik,
That indicates that at least some of your 1st-level covariates do not appear to have the proper/expected number of rows (i.e. the same as the number of timepoints in your functional data). I would probably recommend checking the dimensions of your 1st-level covariate files in the Setup.Covariates 1st-level tab to see if that looks fine.
