2nd-level results folder: spm.mat not found
Dear all,
I cannot find the spm.mat file in my 2nd-level results folder.
I do the analysis using the CONN interface.
Example of the files on a 2nd-level analysis folder:
Folder name: CTRL(-1_0).SCHZ(1_-1).BPLD(0_1)
Subfolder name:Indiffer2888195657108754
Files: ROI.mat; ROIorder.mat; nonparametricroi_pindex.mat
What's wrong ?
I would lilke to use conn_display fundion.
As desribed by Alfonso, (eg: https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th...)
"... the contents of your 2nd-level analysis folder (these 2nd-level analysis folders will typically be within yourconnproject/results/secondlevel/ and they will contain a file named "SPM.mat" and several other files). With that (e.g. if your SPM.mat file is in /data/SPM.mat), you may use the following syntax to display those results:
conn_display /data/SPM.mat"
But I am not find this spm.mat inside my 2nd-level results folder.
Thank you.
Ricardo
