adding participant to existing fmriprep dataset
Hi Alfonso and CONN users,
I'm running analysis on an imported fMRIPrep dataset, and needed to remove and re-add a subject (sub 401). When I try to add the subject's preprocessed functional data back in and run the setup, I get an error that there's a mismatch in the QC files and the #volumes. When I looked into this further, it seems that CONN is reading the QC files from the previous subject (sub 400). There are no QC files from sub 401 (I removed them when I initially removed this sub), so I'm not sure how to get passed this command. Is there a way to import additional subs into an existing fMRIPrep dataset in CONN, so that CONN is reminded to re-generate the QC files from the fmriprep data?
Thanks for any help!
