RE: Extra step on CONN denoising output
Hi again Alfonso, sorry for the amount of messages. In case of
being able to implement the method to regress the signal linked to
the lesion with CONN, that is, adding to the list of first level
counfounds the individual masks of the lesion, what procedure would
be carried out to make the regression of the signal linked to the
lesion? Would it be performed through the CompCor method in a
similar way to the components linked to the white matter and CSF?
