Dear conn users and Dear Alfonso,

I start a project on conn toolbox using import fmriprep and I set the temporal decomposition sliding windows. So I have some conditions: the restingstate (condition 1) and the windows (conditions N), then I run the set up step and the denoising step.
in the folder created by conn (result>preprocessing) I see many file .mat and I have the following questions:

• What the following files contain?  DATA_Subject*_Conditions*.mat, ROI_Subject*_conditions*.mat, NORMS_Subject*_conditions.mat
• in the file ROI_Subject*_conditions* which is the meaning among the fields d1data, d2data, data, fbdata ?
• I can't understand why the data related to one window have the same size of the resting state data (total acquisition), shouldn't the data windows supposed to be shorter ?
• I want extract the denoised Bold signal timeseries of resting state condition from every atlas, but I can't understand which file has this information
