Thanks very much for your response! So, is there a difference between using the conn_vv2rr function and using the import values option after running GCOR or IC? It sounds like both rely on computing the correlations between all voxels in the brain and then averaging across all voxels within the ROI. Is that right? Is there an advantage to using one method over the other?
