multiple imputation with SBC analysis
Hi Alfonso and CONN users,
I have a large dataset and a number of participants are missing IQ data. I'd like to use multiple imputation to generate 10 complete datasets with imputed IQ values, and run seed-based correlation analyses with each of the datasets and pool the estimates. Does CONN provide an option for pooling estimates? Or is there a way to extract the results of the SBC for each of the 10 datasets to pool estimates using another program? I'd welcome other ideas if anyone has any experience with this.
Thanks,
Alex
