Apologies for the potentially novice question, but I can't seem to find the answer in other freesurfer-related posts. I'm wondering whether the freesurfer outputs generated by fmriprep need to be run through additional preprocessing steps other than smoothing. Does anyone know what has been done to these output files if theyve been run through fmriprep before being imported into CONN?
