RE: Regarding between-subject contrast error
Hello Alfonso,

Thank you for your quick response previously.

I've encountered another doubt about contrasts in my work and would like to obtain some clarification on it.

As previously mentioned, I have two groups: Patients and Control, as well as two subgroups, Group A and Group B.

I would like to see interaction between Group A and B.

i.e. In terms of SET theory, they are known as intersection and union (conjunction and union) between group A and B.

According to earlier posts, I may perform conjunction between two groups by utilizing “any effects” between the two groups and exporting the findings to SPM and performing a normal conjunction analysis, and I hope this is the correct method to accomplish it?

My question is, how can I perform the union operation between Group A and B ?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Abhishek
