Hi,

I am working with infants' fMRI data and i only have T2w images for structural data. I am using UNC template for normalization and in the preprocessing step I use indirect segmentation and normalization where fMRI data is first co-registered into structural data for segmentation and normalization.

Can I rely on the outcome results from CONN toolbox (such as segmentation of structural data) when i use T2w image?
