I need to update my first-level covariates using fmriprep outputs. I see that certain covariates are linked to specific files (e.g., QC_timeseries), while others use information extracted from these files (e.g., QC_tcompcor). When I look at the origin of the data used for these variables, it says [raw data x 384]. How can I edit certain values or re-load in the fmriprep files into CONN so that all values are updated accordingly? I'd like to avoid re-importing the entire fmriprep dataset if possible.
