Hi CONN Users,

When trying to use the import values option in CONN to conduct a small volume correction analysis, I am getting an error I havent seen before. This error only occurs when I try to import values from an ROI from an analysis with no significant results. Does anyone know why this would be?  The error is below.

Index in position 1 is invalid. Array indices must be positive integers or logical values.

Error in conn_vproject (line 304)
                    [nill,idxbtemp]=sort(-sizebtemp(end,:)); rankbtemp=idxbtemp; rankbtemp(idxbtemp)=1:numel(idxbtemp);  % sort output regions by measure above

Error in conn_vproject (line 638)
