Sorry there is currently no option in CONN's gui to display the images using radiological convention. I will add this as a feature request for the next release. In the meantime in most Matlab images (in CONN as well as other Matlab packages) you should be able to first click on the image and then in Matlab's command-line window type:

  set(gca,'xdir','reverse')

and that will flip the x-axis direction (so if the original image is an axial display in neurological convention it will be switched to radiological convention)
