Hello! 

There seems to be a problem with my data. My dataset is 68 subjects with 2-3 sessions each. First, I noticed that the FC maps for basically all ROIs I used show FC significance with essentially the entire brain (see attached screenshot using left Fusiform gyrus seed). I also noticed that the QA FC plots show an abnormal distribution with the data where it is quite flat and off-center. I went through the subjects to see if there are any particualrly problematic ones showing these issues, but it seems to be this pattern for most subjects... The data seemed to be preprocessed just fine, so I'm wondering where problem happened? Desnoising maybe?? Any feedback would be so appreciated!
