Hi everyone,

I've to build up and run several single subject CONN projects; each sbj has also several lesions. I've several doubts regarding to: 

1) Which preprocessing pipeline I've to choose? Volume based or Surface based preprocessing pipeline? 2) How can I upload lesions ROIs for each sbj? 3)Do I have to modify something on SetUp--> Option? 4) Can I run seed-to-voxel and voxel-to-voxel analyses? 5) What ICA and PCA do on single subject? Which is the rationale behind ICA and PCA? 7) Which kind of analysis I have to use to observe, for each sbj, the connectivity between lesions and whole brain?
