Differences in the number of subjects in the groups.
Dear Alfonso,
I am currently conducting some analyses, and a question has arisen. I am working with two groups, one comprising 19 patients and the other consisting of 76 controls. I am using age as a covariate. Do you believe that the groups exhibit a significant disparity in terms of their sample sizes? Could be this a problem? If so, what might be the acceptable magnitude of the difference in sample sizes between groups?
Best regards,
Benxa.
