Dear Alfonso and or CONN experts,

How can I plot the ROI to ROI visualization with the regions in the same order of appearence in the circle?

For instance, I make a ROI to ROI of a cohort A and get a circle of connections. Great.

Then when I do the same with cohort B, none of the regions appear in the same spatial position. e.g. putamen is at 90 degrees in the circle in cohort A while in cohort B its 273 degrees.

Isnt there a way to put everything appearing always in the same spatial position, e.g. putamen always at 90 degrees regardless of which cohort?
