Hello Alfonso and conn experts,

I am noticing in conn 22a that when I load a new fmriprep project into conn, it imports the native space files rather than the MNI space file. Additionally, it makes a separate conn folder and places the files it imports into conn in that conn folder. I am finding it nearly impossible or very cumbersome to switch the files using the simultaneous replace function with the additional conn folder in the pathway. I am unsure how to change both the pathway and the file name at the same time to make the swap, since the file that I need is in the fmriprep folder and not imported into the new conn folder generated. 

I would appreciate any guidance!
