Dear Alfonso and CONN experts,

I have 5 cohorts. Cohort A and B have very similar R2R results,  hub X connecting to hub Y; cohort C and D show no results, and E has a difficult interpretation:  I get hub X from A and B, but connecting to a completely different hub W.

It gets even harder to interpret when I combine all 5 and I continue getting hubs X connecting to Y, but now no more W, but new hubs G connecting to H.

Any suggestion on how to interpret and/or find evidences of Type 1 error?
