Dear all,
I think the thread was mentioned several times (at least partly)
in the forum, but I think the problem was not really
solved.
In the group analysis settings (using the conn toolbox) I can run a
contrast and display the results without problems, however, after
2-3 contrasts I'm not able to click on another contrast in the
results 2nd level window anymore and receive the following error
message in the matlab command line.
Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0":
java.lang.NullPointerException at

In this case I must click on the x in the conn window and I
answer yes to the question save and exit. Then I have to restart
conn and the error will appear again after 2-3 contrasts.
This is really annoying, in particular with bigger datasets that
need some time to reload the data.
I work with matlab_22b and conn22.a using linux and vnc viewer for
visualizing (the data is located on a server). The error appeared
also with older matlab versions (2018b).
version -java
'Java 1.8.0_202-b08 with Oracle Corporation Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit
Server VM mixed mode'.
The problem seems to be specific for linux, with windows I have
never problems like that.
Did someone solved this problem?
Ralf
