RE: Correction: NKI/RS 4143704
Dear Indi team,
could you comment more details on what the differences between the two releases of dataset #4143704 were? I´ve already BedpostX processed this subject in the first release (~20h) and at least the MPRAGE looks identical between the two releases, so there might be some hope left to be able to use the data :-~
Furhermore, I found that subject #1351931 (from one of the first (INDI-lite) releases) has corrupt DTI64-data (empty b-vecs). At some point this subject has also disappeared from the collective phenotypic-data file. What happened to this subject, was it replaced?
Finally, is there something like an anticipated final size of the NKI-release? And more importantly, will the final release include more elderly subjects? Subjects aged 60 or older are relatively underrepresented so far (7 right-handed, 1 left-handed).
Thanks again for the whole project. I really appreciate your work.
Best regards,
Michel
