Maarten will write later to comment on the two datasets you inquired about.
With respect to the sample - I checked yesterday, and there are at least 12 participants in the 60+ years old age-range already scheduled for the next 1.5 months or so (several slots still being filled, so likely more to come), and an increased focus on filling the elderly portion of the age range this summer (we are leaving winter behind, so it is easier to get older folks to come for scanning).
As for the bigger question of anticipated sample size - our intent is to keep the sample ongoing long-term...we are actively working to procure the resources to accomplish this. Depending on a few possibilities, we may revamp the sample at some point to be bigger and better, with improved imaging, phenotyping, etc.. Any such changes, would be announced with significant advance.
