Thanks for the feedback! I will fix this to make the error message more specific about what exactly it finds missing. In the meantime, at least part of the reason why this error message may have been particularly unhelpful in your scenario was due to a bug in the code which was producing this error message when users enabled only the 'ROI-to-ROI' analyses in the Setup.Options tab. This bug had been already fixed in the latest release so if you try the last version (currently v2407) I believe you should be able to only run the 'ROI-to-ROI' pipeline during Setup and still proceed to Denoising normally without this error message.

Could I just comment that this is an unhelpful error message for when you don't tick the "seed-to-voxel" option in the set up tab.  Spent several hours trying to figure out what part of the setup data was missing until it dawned on me that I hadn't selected the correct Ready to run pipeline.  Pretty stupid of me I know (was testing and wanted to reduce processing time), but also posting in case someone else has this issue in the future.  

"Not ready to start Denoising step.  Please complete the Setup step first (Fill any required information and press "Done" in the Setup tab.)
