I'm conducting a generalized psychophysiological interaction (gPPI) analysis to assess whether the effect of interference control influences the functional connectivity between seed regions and other ROIs, specifically for the contrast of processing correct word pairs vs. incorrect word pairs.

From the "Group Analysis Results: Individual ROIs" window, I observed a red line connecting the seed region to the MFG. Initially, I assumed that the red line represented a positive connection. However, upon reviewing the associated table, I noticed that the beta and T values for this connection are negative.

Could you clarify why a red line appears for a connection that has negative beta and T values? Thank you very much!
