You should be able to use 'background process' where you submit a parallel job (should be less than or equal to the number of threads available) to the local computer. 

If you go the CONN GUI, and select Tools, then HPC options, then Configuration. you can set up a 'Profile' and select Background process (Windows). Make it your default (see attached). Then run conn batch with N= # of threads your system can handle.
