I previously submitted a question about extracting a correlation matrix that was not fisher-z transformed. As I haven't heard anything back, and as this might not be possible, I am looking to extract the denoised BOLD timeseries from conn results/preprocessing output. I do not know which file to use. What are the differences between the DATA_Subject001_Condition001, ROI_subject..., vvPC_Subject..., and vvPFCeig_Subject... .mat files? and which one should I extract?

I need to extract the bold time series with the applied smoothing, ART detection, and denoising steps to conduct an analysis outside of conn.
