I have a data set preprocessed with fMRIPrep: each subject with two sessions, each session with a structural and a resting state functional image. With the exception of one subject with only a single structural image for the first session.

For that subject the preprocessed structural image is in sub-<id>/ses-A/anat, all other structural images are in sub-<id>/anat. 

Unfortunately importing the preprocessed data set into the conn toolbox only imports the structural image from the subject with the single structural image, the remaining images have to imported manually via "Find"

It would be nice to import everything and maybe show a message informing the user that structural images have been found at different places.
