I am trying to find/export denoised voxel-level fMRI data in *.nii files but have not been able to find a solution.

I reviewed some previous posts (link-01, link-02) discussing the structure/organization and filename protocols. Based on these posts, it seems that for a given project, the denoised voxel-level fMRI data in *.nii files should be located in:

Results/preprocessing folder:

    DATA_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx.mat → Voxel-level data post-denoising
    niftiDATA_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx.nii → Nifti file after denoising (see this forum post)
    ROI_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx → Similar to the above, but for data after denoising

However, my folder does not include the niftiDATA_Subjectxxx_Conditionxxx.nii files as described above.

Am I possibly missing a flag or checkbox during the setup, preprocessing, or denoising steps?
