Hi Ravikiran,
- nrrd format is supported by several tools with ROI drawing including 3D Slicer, ITK-SNAP, and Seg3D. (for library support see NrrdIO in ITK or Teem).
- however, an FA map alone is insufficient for tractography. If you need some example data, there are few full nrrd DTI tensor datasets available here: http://www.slicer.org/slicerWiki/index.p...
