text file with MNI (or Talairach) coordinates
Hi,
I would like to use peak coordinates from a seperate analysis in a seed-to-voxel analysis. From the manual I understand this can be done at the setup phase, but I am not sure what kind of file is required and how to create it.
- should there be one coordinate per file (or can there be more, in seperate rows)?
- what kind of file is required: would a txt work, and if so, should it be tab or comma delimited? (the gui seems to suggest .tal - but I am not familiar with this extension or how to create it).
I would like to run this analysis using the batch script. Would it suffice to just enter the appropriate file path in "BATCH.Setup.rois.files{1}"?
Any help would be very much appreciated!
Elise
PS: Should these coordinates be MNI or Talairach? (The manual suggests the Talairach, but the FAQ section on this site seems to say MNI?)
