gradient directions
Hi,
I try to load dwi data in Bioimage Suite.
I got the (DICOM) data of a Siemens Scanner and converted with dcm2nii.
Now i want to specify the gradient directions in the tensor utility menu.
Unfortunatly the .dat file is not recognised.
I added the .dat file with the gradient directions , can anyone help??
