Hi,

i have a sample of two groups (controls and patients) and two conditions (1 and 2). I am interested in changes in average connectivity of 3 ROIs with the whole brain. I use contrast [1/3 1/3 1/3] for the 3 ROIs. However, I can only retreive results for contrasts between groups in a single condition (eg. between-subject [1 -1], between conditions [0 1], between ROIs [1/3 1/3 1/3]). If I set contrast between two conditions to [1 -1], i get an error message in MATLAB irrespective of the between-subj. contrast:
