visualization of Graph-Theory results
Dear experts,
I apologize if this topic has been already posted, but I could not find it in the list.
I am using CONN to analyze task-related connectivity on fMRI data from 56 healthy participants. In particular, I aim to investigate if and how connectivity among regions is modulated by a continuous behavioral measure (specified as a between-subjects ROI).
In the Setup stage I have specified all the smoothed-normalized-realigned fMRI data, as well as normalized structural T1 data (and grey, white and csf segments as ROIs). I performed all roi-to-roi, seed-to-roi and voxel-to-voxel first-level analyses (using bivariate correlation, up to now), and I am now exploring second-level results.
In particular, in the ROI-TO-ROI section I can visualize the ROI-TO-ROI results explorer, but not the Graph-Theory results explorer, which produces the following error message. It seems to me that Conn cannot load the background image. I have already checked that the SPM folder is on the Matlab-path (right below the Conn folder), and the AVG152T1.nii is in the "canonical" SPM folder.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much in advance,
best,
nicola
