Hello Conn users

I have successfully leveraged the BA ROI file that comes free of charge with conn to extract ROIs all over the brain, output connectivity matrices, and run these in a graph toolbox.

Now I wish to repeat this process using a different of ROIs that cover the brain.  I am looking for ROIs of the same size, all contained in one file (mostly for ease of loading them in conn).

Can anyone please share such a file or provide me with some suggestion as to how to generate such a file?

I am flexible on how many ROIs.  The BA ROI in conn has 84.  I could go for a little more, but would defer to people's (expert) suggestions here. I am flexible on the total number, and wonder if anyone has input into optimal number of ROIs and perhaps supporting references.
