Format error with new roi file
Hi,
I would like to use a different roi file than those included in the latest conn release (please see attachment). I used the aal.nii/txt files as blue print to construct it as a multi-roi file since it contains 90 different labels which is somewhat cumbersome to load individually. Although the roi file seems to be correctly recognized in the set up step (dimensions displayed correctly etc), it seems that rex.mat does not read it properly as a multi-roi because it produces the following error messages:
CONN: RUNNING SETUP STEP
Warning: Values other than 0 or 1 converted to logical 1.
> In rex>rex_image at 969
In rex>rex_do at 537
In rex at 152
In conn_rex at 8
In conn_process at 411
In conn_process at 10
In conn at 1099
In conn_menumanager at 116
Warning: file C:\CDrive\Imaging\conn13l\conn\utils\otherrois\stanford.txt format not recognized
So obviously I am doing something wrong but cannot figure out where the problem is and would greatly appreciate any help in this matter.
