Conn not recognizing multiple ROIs in 1 .nii

I generated a 150 ROI file using pyCluster and would like to use these ROIs in a conn analysis.
I loaded the file I generated (attached here) into conn and ran the full analysis, and whether or not I click the "multiple ROIs" button when I load it or not, conn is only recognizing one roi in this multi ROI nifti file.
The file I generated is very much like the BA ROI file that comes with conn. Also, I should add, I am using an old version of conn (version 12.1)
The only obvious difference between conn's BA.img/hdr file & the one I am attaching here is one is is float32, and another is uint8. SO I used the following to convert mine to be the same as BA (fslmaths rm_group_scorr_cluster_150.nii -mul 1 rm_group_scorr_cluster_150.nii -odt char) and tried running conn again. Still, con does not see this as a multi ROI file & perform connectivity for all 150 ROIs.
I would appreciate anyone who could help with this.
