Eddy current correction
Hey!
I'm getting my diffusion weighted data from a Siemens TRIO. The provided DW sequence includes sequence that reduces the bad influence of eddy currents. Is it still wise to run a eddycurrent correction algorithm (e.g. the FSL one) during preprocessing, or do i even corrupt my date that way?
Any experiences?
Thanks in Advance!
