Missing scans in the ABIDE & ADHD200 database
Hi everyone
The ABIDE database provides for almost all subjects the anatomical and resting state scans. But the following subject folder only contain resting state scans (plus hires images, which I'm not interested in):
- UCLA_51232
- UCLA_51233
- UCLA_51242
- UCLA_51243
- UCLA_51244
- UCLA_51245
- UCLA_51246
- UCLA_51247
- UCLA_51270
- UCLA_51310
Are the anatomical scans of those subjects missing or not available?
Similarly to that, the following subjects of the ADHD200 database only provide anatomical images, but no resting state scans:
- NYU_10016
- NYU_10027
- NYU_10105
- NYU_10127
Are these resting state scans missing or not available?
Also, the data of subject NYU_3433846 of the ADHD200 database is missing completely. Is this subject missing or not available?
Thanks!
Michael
