Dear Michael,
Thank you for your interest in the ABIDE data.
The 10 ABIDE subjects from the UCLA site do not have anatomical scans available, you can mark them as missing.
Also, there are 2 subjects (51155 and 51165) do not have rest_1 scans.
I will look into ADHD200 dataset to answer the other part of you question.
