I have images that were produced from an ALE analysis I assume to
be in Talairach space. I would like to use move these images into
MNI space.
I have hacked Mathew Brett's tal2mni to produce an image that should be in MNI space but I was hoping to make use of recent advances packaged in BioImage Suite to perform a produce a better image set.
