Hi all,

I have a question related to the mprage scan parameters. I noticed that some sites used less standard ways of displaying the scanner parameters, and I could not find the following information neither in the nifti header nor in the scan description:

For KKI: TR, TE, and bandwith
For Leuven: TR and bandwith
For OLIN and Pitt: orientation of the slice acquisition (axial, coronal, sagittal?)
For SBL: TR, TE, TI, bandwith and orientation
For Stanford: TI, bandwith and orientation
For Trinity: TI, bandwith and orientation
For UM: TR and TI

I don't know how easily this information can be tracked back, but would be very grateful to have at least the TR and TE for all cohorts.
