Hi Marie,
Sorry for the confusion caused by these unclear information. Since the data are from different research facilities and collected with by a variety of scanners, it's kind of hard to get all the scanner and sequence information in one format. We decided to publish the information as-is. So what we get from the contributing site is what you see here.
About your question about the TR for T1 scan from UM site, I will contact the PI there to see if they have the information.
Thank you again for your questions about the data, they help us to make the data release better.
